The reason I decided to get the surgery is because I originally had monolid eyes. My eyes were quite small, with a very faint crease that wasn’t clearly visible, and my eyelids looked uneven. The very first step for whoever interested in this procedure is gathering as much information as possible. For me, I first sent my photos to the clinic for an initial assessment. After that, I scheduled a consultation and surgery appointment. On the surgery day, the doctor carefully examined my eyes while providing detailed explanation and designed the eyelid shape to suit my face.
There were 4 main concerns as follows:
1. Uneven eyes
Due to my facial asymmetry issue, my eyes appeared uneven. My right eye looked more droopy and smaller. The surgery involved removing excess skin and fat to create a clearer and more balanced eyelid creases.
2. Droopy eyes (Ptosis)
This was caused by weak eye muscles, making it difficult to fully open my eyes. The doctor recommended ptosis correction to strengthen the muscles. The incision is the same as the double eyelid surgery, and it helps the eyes look more awake and less droopy.
3. Closed inner corners
Extra skin covering the inner corners made my eyes look shorter and less proportionate. The doctor recommended opening the inner corners to create a longer, more balanced eye shape.
In addition, I had a habit of raising my eyebrows, which made my eyelids look even more uneven. The doctor recommended an injection program in order to adjust the brow and eyelid position for better balance.
LOVELY EYE 1.5 MONTHS
The eyelid crease became clearly defined, and my eyes looked more even. Swelling reduced quite quickly, and the shape gradually became more natural. The clinic provided excellent aftercare and followed up regularly, giving advice on cold and warm compresses.
LOVELY EYE 2.5 MONTHS
About 2.5 months after double eyelid surgery, swelling continued to decrease, and my eyelids looked even more natural. Without excess skin, my eyes appeared bigger and sweeter. If I knew it the results would turn out this amazing. I would have undergone eyelid surgery long time ago.

My eyes looked more symmetrical, brighter, and more balanced. Inner corner eye extension helped improve the proportions of my eyes.
