Before surgery, my outer eye corners appeared lower than my inner eye corners, creating a downturned eye shape. This was mainly due to excess skin around the outer upper eyelids, which made my eyes look less refreshed and slightly asymmetrical. During my consultation, the doctor explained that the Sub Brow Lift technique involves placing the surgical incision just beneath the brow line, making the scar less noticeable.
